  “No!”

The newly-wed Commander dropped down to one knee. “Do not worry, adorable one. You do not have to call me Commander Pritchard. I will always be your Uncle Kriekjan—er, Cricket. Uncle Cricket.”

Titi gave him a tear-filled grin.

It took a moment of confusion before a hesitant applause began. Reese, noticing Titi slacked in her duties, reached into her basket and began hurling rice.

“I take the challenge of that team,” Bajoc said calmly to Tristan. The dark bastard thought he had the only pitcher.

The party after the wedding was definitely fun, almost as much fun as they’d had during the ball. Well, except with Wilma going crazy and drugging everyone, that was. But the only new folks at the ball were the Mayor’s Council from Quakestrarian, and here at the wedding reception, well, there was a ton of sexy, new Freijians. Before Freijians, Joy never realized how badly the males of her species were lacking.

She would never go back. For the first time in her life, she felt free. She wasn’t someone’s property, she wasn’t constantly chastised and told to remain pure. Even laughter was frowned upon in her world. There was no dancing, no frivolous dress. No, this was the life. Suddenly she had new admiration for Pariah. That woman broke the Puritanical mold. She was a brave, brave soul.

“Would you like to dance?” The voice did strange, quivery things in her belly.

Joy looked up to see the most handsome devil, ever. He had deep silver skin and deep blue eyes, with horns to match. Whoever heard of silver and blue being sexy? But it was.

“I’d love to.” Thank the Lord Commander Pritchard ordered the Helian Six crew to give them dance lessons for his wedding. This gorgeous man was too stunning to step on his toes.

He took her smaller hand in his and led her to the dance floor. Land sakes, it was much nicer to dance with a Freijian than a Quakestrarian, for sure. With a shorter man, his nose might catch in your navel. With this tall sexy thing, however, she could catch the thudding of his hearts beneath her ear. He wanted her, as much as she wanted him. She knew it.

“I am Rojan of Echo Nine.”

“I’m Joy. Do you work with Commander Krieck—I mean Pritchard?”

He smiled. “It will be difficult to get used to his married name. Yes, I worked with him many times in the past. How about you? Do you have family?”

“Three other sisters.” She’d never known her parents. At her birth, she was designated a child of beauty and taken from her home to be raised as a Puritan. The three others in her level she considered her family. They understood each other and protected one another. Not every Puritan was the same. It was Pariah who had taught them differently. She would always feel Tris, Virginia, and Molli were her siblings.

The barn doors were open to let in the fresh air. Just beyond, the gardens beckoned. He led her to a bench under the moonlight. The air was filled with the sweet scent of flowers in bloom. It was only then, when they cuddled in a corner, that he asked her if she happened to be a virgin.

Odd thing to ask. So she blinked, rather coquettishly, she hoped.

“But of course not. I’m quite experienced.” And she was. She and her sisters studied every sex toy in the galaxy.

He looked relieved. “That relieves me to no end. Perhaps I can go get you a drink?”

She tried not to giggle. She had not yet experienced the sin of alcoholic indulgence. Nor the sin of sex, but tall, silver, and handsome didn’t have to know that.

He flagged down a robot, brought by his ship solely to serve the party. One drink later, she had to admit to enjoying said indulgence.

  “Another?” he enquired.

“Love to! These wine coolers are delicious. Like Kool-Aid.”

But the dratted robot was nowhere to be found. So her handsome devil leaned forward to kiss her forehead. For one brilliant moment, she was tempted to turn her head up and get his lips. But courage failed her at the last moment, and his lips landed sweetly on her forehead instead. “I’ll be right back,” he murmured, and rose. She watched his backside as he wandered to get refills.

Only then did the sodden-drunk Joy realize the downfalls of alcohol. Slow reflexes. She didn’t even have a chance to scream when a bag was placed over her head, and she was yanked from the bench in the gardens.

  * * * * *

Early the next morning, there were a few hung over Freijians standing outside the Commander’s ship, talking quietly amongst themselves, when Bajoc arrived for the mandatory meeting the next morning. But even the quiet whispers caused a few to wince. It was quite the party last night. It would have been nice to sleep in, but Commander Kriekjan—Pritchard—was leaving for his sugarmoon and had to ready the crew before his trip. When a blue-horned officer standing with the rest called his name, Bajoc looked out in surprise.

“Rojan! My friend, what are you doing here?” Bajoc asked.

“I’m on a mission. My shuttle may be stationed here for a while since the Commander will be on his honeymoon.”

“Were you here for the wedding?”

“I arrived at the end. The reception—I believe it was called.”

“Oh, so you probably met our human mates.”

“I did. You Helian Six warriors are so lucky.” True enough, Rojan sounded envious.

“Yes, we are.” Bajoc couldn’t help it if he sounded a bit smug. He deserved this smugness. He’d been through hell and back.

They arrived inside the double doors, taking a seat with the already seated Freijians. Commander Kriekjan—scratch that, Pritchard—had the floor.

“So thank you all for the well wishes. Pariah and I will be heading for our honeymoon, but until then, you’ll have new arrivals. Their mission is to find and return wayward virgins, namely the Puritans, who seem to have disappeared. The Quakers have ordered their return upon the growth of the unibrows, of course. But during the reception, all four maidens, gone.”

Tristan stood, eyes narrowed like he was hiding something. “They were banished citizens of Quakestrarian, correct? How can their return be ordered?”

Pritchard shrugged. “It is an issue we are trying to unravel. Before their disappearance, the Puritans declared themselves free citizens based upon their banishment. And naturally—as Freijians had nothing to do with their disappearance—we want them found also, as they were our wedding guests. Until the mediation is heard—and you all know how long these things take—the Quakers have the right to hunt them down as their own possessions.”

Bajoc almost harrumphed. The reason why this mediation would take forever is because the Supreme Commander was being selfish enough to take a sugarmoon. Pariah obviously wore the pants in their family. Again he felt a cold sweat break out on the back of his neck. He hoped she would not want a child, because she would get what she wanted, for sure.

“So, in the realm of interplanetary relations, the Quakers requested our best sniper turned bounty hunter.”

“Sniper?” Tristan’s jaw dropped. “Isn’t that a little extreme? The Quakers are aware from the kidnapping that it was not the Herbasnuts plotting against them.”

“The Quakers are standing by the defense that Wilma is indeed Herbasnut and that the planetary officials are simply denying it because she was caught. It is truly a big mess, and you should pity the poor, extremely attractive mediator who gets this case!”

Several of the warriors fought against the eye-roll, as the session was being recorded.

  “But a sniper?” Tristan insisted.

“The Quakers feel that if they can’t have them, no one shall. The Puritans are considered their property.” The Supreme Commander shrugged as if it was not a big deal, but Bajoc knew better. The human mates would consider this a very big deal.

“Here he is now. Our esteemed bounty hunter. He is to find and return the Puritans at all costs, and will remain on Hesprii until the mission is complete. Welcome, Rojan of Echo Nine.”

Bajoc’s jaw dropped. That was his mission? To
search and destroy the Puritans they were hiding? This was bad, very bad. Rojan never failed. As the Supreme Commander said, he was the best.

They would need a plan for this. And hopefully the mates wouldn’t screw it up.

  Alien Stolen

  Rena Marks

Our world is different from anything we’ve ever known. Years ago, aliens came to live among us. They claim to be the good guys, and yet every day, humans go missing—never to be heard from again.

Sian and her family resist the leadership of the new regime, along with dozens of other factions across the world. However, without electricity, they’re at a loss as to how to communicate with each other to band together for strength in numbers. For that reason, they fight alone. When her father and best friend are captured by the military, she pretends to be a pleasure worker to infiltrate the base. Unbeknownst to her, a pleasure worker has been summoned to service a new breed of alien—one with a known weakness. Sex drains his strength.

None of the militia realizes that when a Nisibian comes across his mate, he doesn’t lose his power…but instead transfers it to her.

Drunk on the power of being a female Rambo, Sian decides to steal the massive alien for herself. This much power at her fingertips could tip the scales in the resistance fight for humans.

  Artificial Intelligence

  Rena Marks

The Sirian galaxy has blown itself up during a war that mimicked that of the destruction of her own planet, Terra. No stranger to slavery, Arian has escaped from the planet Zeta where she’s been raised to breed royalty.

The Artificial Intelligence is a collective unit from the Sirian Planet B. They’d warned the leaders that a civil war would destroy the galaxy to no avail. In order to escape being destroyed along with the rest, they inserted their intelligence into the computer system.

Imagine Arian’s surprise when she encounters a huge piece of chipped planet, which her computer claims to have ancient Sirian artifacts buried in its hollowed core.

Nothing can possibly be alive. The contamination gases from the nuclear war have destroyed everything in sight. But Arian is a scavenger, and these are ancient artifacts…

Unfortunately, her hacked computer never tells her the artifacts are actually metal skeletons whose bodies need to be grown into dangerously hot men.

  Serepto’s Story (An AI Tale)

  Rena Marks

The Sirian galaxy—where the Artificial Intelligence have come from—has blown itself up during a war that mimicked that of the destruction of her own planet, Terra. Shala was an infant when she and hundreds of other women were rescued and taken to live on the planet Zeta.

No one realized the rescue was slavery. Females were needed to breed with Zetans, adding diversity and emotion to their race that had been phased out by eons of inbreeding. After years of slavery, the Terrans escaped to a new planet, hiding in a galaxy far away. Their new planet is a hodgepodge safe haven for any race wishing for a new start.

During a quest to rescue cyborg slaves, Serepto lost Shala when she was recaptured by the Zetans hunting them. He’ll lose everything to save her. The one thing he can’t retrieve is her memories of their love.

He just hopes creating new ones will be enough to remind her that she fell in love with him. A beast who was once created for war. A Beast who was never good enough for the gentle, loving Shala.

  Chasing Violet

  Rena Marks & C.L. Scholey

Violet Knight is tired of men hooking up with her for her money.

She caught the latest loser pants-down and rump-up one week before the wedding. Now she’s upgraded her honeymoon cruiseship for a pampering space-cruise that caters to females only. That’s exactly what her burnt heart needs. A hunky serviceman whose job is to worship the female patronage aboard the month-long trip. Little does she know a pampering space-cruise ship looks awful similar to a mail-order bride ship.

Cadoc of Docadia finds the girl he’s always dreamed about all grown up and looking to be a bride. To his surprise, she asks him to stay the night. But consummating their relationship comes with a small problem. Turns out she’s the tiny female he rescued all those years ago. Now he has to tell her they’ve been mated.

  Excerpt:

This was fun, being pampered and courted by all the men at the table. She didn’t miss Joshua one bit. Just as she didn’t miss the amounts of money he spent. Her money.

Most everyone was done eating, and talking amongst themselves at the dinner tables. Speaking of the different planets they came from, and where they’d like to visit. Soft music began to pipe from the speakers.

“Dance with me?” Cadoc rumbled, his leg again pressing against hers.

Next to him, Draconis stood, his chair clattering behind him. A bot scurried to pick it up. Draconis opened his mouth, clearly about to argue.

“I’d love to,” she murmured, slipping her hand in Cadoc’s and shutting that stuff down.

Then the horned demon next to her opened his mouth to argue, but she simply reached out and patted his head, letting her fingers trail over his horns. They were oddly soft-skinned, though they jutted like steel from the top of his head. They were pointed, but not sharp.

Strange, now that she thought about it. They had an odd curved shape. Since he didn’t seem to mind, she continued to caress, then patted his head. His breath caught in his throat, and he sunk lower in his chair, as if he’d pass out from her touch. The rest of the table grew perfectly still. There, she’d calmed them all.

The horned demon moaned, long and low, leaning back in his chair. Odd creature. She happened to glance down, noticing a stain had spread across his lap. The poor man must have spilled his drink there, in his crotch of all places. But he was happy now, not even noticing his dirty pants. In fact, they all seemed strangely stunned, so it was a good moment to make a getaway with Cadoc. She tugged on his hand, and—while he seemed as bemused as the rest of the men—he led her to the dance floor.

  Abducted

Book 1 in the Blue Barbarian series.

  Alien abductions are real.

I was the third female awakened aboard the spacecraft that specialized in kidnapping females. Their mission? To sell us to other galaxies.

Human female Numbers One and Two didn’t make it, but I was lucky. I was able to comprehend the instruction from Drakar, a caged abductee from the planet Blaedonia. I live only because of his warning to me not to fight the aliens who have me on the table. Together, we formulate a plan for escape for both us and the ten other unawakened Earthlings.

Lucky for Drakar, the spaceship crash-lands back on his planet. Unlucky for the Earthlings, we’ll never be able to travel back home.

We’ll have to learn to adapt.

  Niki’s Story:

Suddenly my shackles tingle, the sensation shooting down my arms like a spark of electricity. But it doesn’t hurt, or feel uncomfortable. It feels kind of…nice.

  In a strange way.

“I can see you, though, little human. I have night vision that your species does not.”

I lick my lips. It doesn't seem fair that I've never seen Drakar, but then he blows warm breath on my neck, and suddenly it no longer matters.

“How do you like to be touched?” His touch skims across my lower abdomen.

Goosebumps race across my skin and it’s not from cold. It’s instantaneous and it’s weird, but it's sexy. Either he’s a master seducer, or the shackles on my wrists are doing something strange to my libido.

  I writhe. “Drakar.”

  “Niki.”

“These bracelets are doing something to me.”

“I know. I feel it, too.” His voice exudes sex. “I want you.”

  “What’s happening?”

He groans. “Your arousal seduces me.” His breath is heated, and his body temperature feels suddenly warmer.

  Stargazer Series

In 1692, a starship carrying volunteers arrived on planet Earth near a small town called Salem, Massachusetts
. The long journey across many light years caused the female inhabitants aboard drastic memory loss. It was already known when they would arrive on Earth, they would have no memories of who and what they really were. They would be as helpless as newborn lambs.

The goal was to breed with Earthlings, to prevent their own race from dying out. If it was successful, years later more Stargazers would be sent to co-exist with the humans on Planet Earth.

  But alas—the females were slaughtered.
